An economically progressive, peaceful, clean, orderly, safe, globally competitive in tourism and self-reliant community pursuing a sustainable development program to provide a better quality of life for its God-centered and nationalistic empowered citizenry.

To achieve this Vision, I am vigorously working to:

 

1. Pursue the total development and empowerment of the people of Pagsanjan and strive for the enhancement of their potentials;

 

2. Make government relevant and responsive to the needs of the people of Pagsanjan; and

 

3. Promote the economic advancement of the people and the municipality of Pagsanjan and once again to make Pagsanjan a premiere world-class tourist destination.

2  KATAHIMIKAN, KAPAYAPAAN AT KAAYUSAN

(PEACE AND ORDER)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan where every resident enjoys a:

 

•  Peaceful and secured neighborhood

•  Safe streets

•  Friendly Police Force & NGO Volunteer protection

•  Drug-free environment

    

3  KALUSUGAN AT NUTRISYON

(HEALTH AND NUTRITION)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan where every resident enjoys affordable:

 

•  Health care and Nutrition.

Health for all in the hands of highly-trained professionals and para-professionals.

 

4  KALAKALAN, KABUHAYAN AT INDUSTRIYA

    (BUSINESS, LIVELIHOOD AND ECONOMY)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan where every resident is productive and everyone has opportunity to:

(YOUTH, EDUCATION AND SPORTS)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan with full quality education and a sports program at all levels for purposes of scholarship and development.

 

7  PAGAWAING BAYAN AT PABAHAY

(INFRASTRUCTURES AND HOUSING)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan with quality made roads, bridges, flood control structures, state-of-the-art school buildings, barangay halls and health centers. Helping Pagsanjeños secure decent housing for their families.

 

8  TURISMO AT AGRIKULTURA

(TOURISM AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT)

 

I envision a Pagsanjan to truly be the tourist capital of Laguna and be the premiere world-class tourist destination in the Philippines and in the world. Promoting Pagsanjan’s history, culture of tourism, customs and traditions.

 

To assure balance in food security and agro-industrial development, my administration will give priority to agriculture. My program will include: integrated farming systems, production of high-value crops, assistance to organization of farmers and purchase of additional agricultural facilities.
