Dear Kababayan/Classmate:

It is an honor to be chosen as the coordinator for our next reunion in the East Coast. Due to the tragic event that occurred in the World Trade Center on September 11th, I am concerned that the 2003 reunion in New York may not be as widely attended. With your help, I invite you to join me in making this event as remarkable as last time, in San Diego.

This three-day event will comprise of many activities we hope you'll enjoy. Our reunion for the year 2003 will be held on July 11^th, 12^th and 13^th, in Queens, New York. Enclosed are the details and the events for the 3-day affair. This is the time to continue rebuilding old friendships and create new ones. I am hopeful that this weekend will be a memorable experience and encourage your participation in every activity. In an effort to organize an existing itinerary, we welcome your ideas and suggestions on the type of activities you would be interested in partaking. New York has much to offer from golf outing and Long Island Beaches, to touring the Big Apple.

Please respond at your earliest convenience, before the deadline, in order to benefit from the hotel discount. Time is of essence for the success of this event.
